BUILD THE DREAM FACTS
Since 2016, we have been helping athletes build and achieve their dreams, including multiple MLB Draft Picks. As we have done this, we have come to find common traits amongst our highest achievers…
They adopt our “Cherish the Challenge” mindset and begin viewing the challenges as the opportunities to grow, rather than something to be feared.
They are training, at a minimum twice a week. Many of our highest achievers build into three and four day a week training sessions.
They trained year-round and prioritized their long term development, especially during the season.
