Is this just a sales pitch in disguise?
Absolutely not! The free session is designed to help you (and your athlete) see where they’re at, how they move, and what’s possible with the right plan. You’ll get a clear picture of strengths and areas for improvement—whether you choose to train with us or not.
Will I be pressured to sign up on the spot?
No way! Our goal is to give you valuable feedback and an action plan. If you feel our program is the right fit, we’ll talk about what that could look like. But if you’re not ready, you’ll still walk away with useful, personalized information.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Just bring athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We’ll take care of the rest. No need to be “in shape” before coming—this is where the journey starts, not where it ends.
What if my Kid is shy?
That’s totally normal! Our coaches are experts at creating a welcoming environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. We’ll move at their pace, encourage them, and make sure they feel like part of the team from the start.
What if my child already has practices and games?
We work with busy families all the time. Our programs are designed to complement sports schedules so athletes can keep getting better without burning out. In fact, the right training often helps prevent injuries and keeps them competing longer.
