Am I too out of shape (or too old) to start?

Not at all. Many of our members walked in feeling the same way…worried they were “too far gone.” The truth is, this is exactly where your comeback begins. We’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll rebuild your strength, confidence, and energy step by step.

Will I Feel Judged or Out oF Place?

Absolutely not. Crucible is a welcoming, supportive community where our members encourage one another instead of competing. Our coaches are here to lift you up, not tear you down. You’ll feel seen, heard, and celebrated from the moment you walk in.

What happens during the free session?

We’ll start by showing you around the gym and will hav a simple conversation about your goals. From there, we’ll give you clear feedback on your strengths and areas to improve, plus an action plan tailored to you. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and next steps… whether you decide to train with us or not.

DO I have to Sign Up RIght Away?

Nope. This session is about serving you, not pressuring you. If you’re excited to move forward, we’ll talk about what that could look like. If not, you’ll still walk away with valuable insight and a clear starting point.

What if I’m nervous to come alone?

That’s completely normal. Many women feel the same way at first. The good news? You’ll never feel alone once you walk through our doors. Our coaches and community will make sure you feel welcomed, supported, and right at home.

Do I need to get in shape before I start?

Do you need to get clean before you take a shower? No! you don’t need to “get ready” to come here. That’s our job! We design sessions to meet you at your current fitness level and help you progress safely and effectively. This is where your transformation starts, not where it ends.

What if I have past injuries or health concerns?

We’ve worked with people from all different backgrounds, including those with old injuries or unique health needs. Our coaches specialize in safe, personalized programming so you can train with confidence. We’ll adapt and adjust every step of the way.

How much time do I need to commit?

Most of our members train 2–3 times per week. That’s all it takes to start feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident again. We’ll work with your schedule to build a plan that’s realistic and sustainable.

Is this just another gym membership?

Not even close. Crucible is not about endless machines or generic workouts. It’s about transformation. Here, you’ll find expert coaching, personalized support, and a community of members who want to see you win. It’s more than fitness… it’s about unlocking your God-given potential and getting back to your best!
