THE CRUCIBLE DIFFERENCE
SINCE 2016, Crucible Performance has been training and coaching athletes to overcome the challenges and obstacles they face, both on and off the field. Not only do the athletes develop the physical skills of what it takes to excel on the field… they also are coached and mentored how to have more confidence, self esteem, and perseverance in the face of the challenges they will face in their sport and this world.

2022 1st Round MLB Draft Pick - Chase DeLauter
Chase started training at Crucible in 2018 as a lightly recruited, overlooked, undersized, undervalued ballplayer with big league dreams. Despite the doubts that some had, we were on a mission to overcome every challenge that came our way. Fast forward to 2022 and Chase’s name was being called by the Cleveland Guardians as they selected him 16th overall in the 1st Round of the 2022 MLB Draft.
