Man this time of year is always one to reminisce. Back in 2014, I was graduating from Concord university, a small Division II school located in Southern West Virginia. I was just coming off of a senior year filled with a lot of success. I batted .393 with 13 homers, a school record 21 doubles, and finished 1st in the nation with 71 RBIs in the regular season. At the end of the season, I was recognized to be on the top 50 of the nation's best player award (Tino Martinez Award).

5 Reasons You Must Train During Season

With most spring sports right around the corner, I have been receiving lots of questions on in-season training and whether it is a good idea or not.

 Short answer: IT IS IMPERITIVE to train during your season!

 If you wanting to be successful long term, you MUST train during season. With that being said, I see a lot of people drop all training once season begins.  I think this is for a couple of reasons.

 The first reason is time.

Whenever I see high achievers in anything, whether it is business, sports, relationships, or life… I try and study it and learn what they are doing. I do this because I was to excel and thrive in all those same areas of my life as well! 5 Thoughts For Recent Grads

With graduation fever in the air, we have millions of high school and college graduates getting ready to take the next step in either their scholastic career, or professional career.  I remember being so excited to graduate because it would suddenly be all up to me on how I defined my life.  No longer would I have to abide by the rules of school, or go to classes, but rather I would decide what would happen!  What I soon realized was the structure that I so desired to get away from way a security blanket, and I was met with an instant fear because suddenly it WAS all up to me!
